For self-collection via NinjaVan, please enter the address of the Ninja Point you would like to retrieve your parcel from. Not available for oversized orders.

INTERNATIONAL TARRIFS

Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

RETURNED PARCELS

The customer may be charged with shipping fee when a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address provided. This fee is calculated on actual cost of sending the parcel to you. This does not include the shipping charges that will be incurred to resend your order to an updated address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

CUSTOM DECLARATION

It is legally required to provide the content of all international parcels and we will only ship your orders and label the content with truthful but a non-sexual description.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please note that customs officials of any country are authorised to inspect your package. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders that are delayed, seized or returned by foreign customs or governments.

In the unlikely event of a seized package, please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.
