Geisha Balls 3 are made of body-safe soft velvety silicone balls for kegel muscle training.
The process of using it is very simple. The set includes 5 balls, each with a different weight. The idea behind Kegel training is to start with the lightest weight and work your way up to heavier weights.
The set also includes 2 silicone harnesses - single and double. They facilitate the application and removal of the balls.
The set enables several phases of training. Then, advanced users can try wearing the balls without the silicone harness supporting them.
